Jo Reimer was my realtor for a small 3-bedroom house in Old Hickory, TN which is a suburb just north of Nashville. I had never listed a house any way but empty, so Jo was a great help to get it ready for pictures. During that stressful ordeal, she was a great listener and giver of wise advice with patience for all my ideas and questions. She listed the house in several online publications and MLS, and it was on the market….ONE DAY!!! I was amazed at her ability to see the best way to solve problems effectively. We had some special needs that required that we stay in the house for 45 days after closing, and she worked with the buyer to arrange that for us.
